CANCELLATION POLICY

Online cancellations under 24hours of scheduled appointment will be charged a 60% fee to cover the appointment time costs. Cancellations policy in further detail In waivers. Please read thoroughly upon first booking ✨If you have to reschedule/cancel your appointment I require a 24hr notice. •Any notice given under 24hrs will result in a 60% service charge. •second cancellation under 24hrs will result in a 90% charge of service AND requires a non-refundable deposit for future appointment services that will be applied to that days services. •third time will follow same guidelines as below ⬇️ ✨no call no shows are unacceptable and will result in ban from future booking along with a cancellation charge of FULL SERVICE PRICE! _________________________________________ I’m pretty forgiving because I understand some things just happen last minute that’s completely out of our control but I have to have this policy in place to protect myself, my business, and clients. Communication is key 🔑 It’s never to early to book your next appointment! We can always reschedule as long as you give me AT LEAST a 24hr notice. (Give me as much time as you can so hopefully I can fill your appt and you can avoid cancellation charges)
